Thunderbird prepares graduates for this new era of rapid change and opportunity by providing innovative instruction in areas such as globalization 4.0, global digital transformation and global entrepreneurship. This program also requires students to get hands-on, real-world experience in an international internship. Students can meet this requirement in a number of ways, including by working on an internationally-focused project with their current employer or with a local firm. Thunderbird’s Bachelor of Global Management degree prepares graduates for a variety of careers in global management working in multinational firms, technology companies, international not-for-profit organizations, or as an entrepreneur, as well as public service careers in diplomacy, with Ministries of Trade or Foreign Affairs, or with multilateral organizations.

Thunderbird/ASU's Online Bachelor of Global Management prepares you to compete in a global marketplace through specialized courses like Intercultural Communication, Global Marketing, States and Markets in a Global Economy, and Multinational Organizational Leadership. You are considered a freshman for application purposes if you have not attended college at all, or have fewer than 12 transferable credit hours (with a minimum 2.50 cumulative GPA).

You can still earn your way into this program through the Earned Admission Pathway. Through this pathway, you can demonstrate your ability to succeed at ASU by completing online courses with a 2.75 GPA or higher.
