Details

Introduces students to the basics of Construction Law, including contracts, owner relationships, contractors and subcontractors, site conditions including environmental implications. Courses will focus on the legal aspects of constructions from the perspective of contractors, owners, architects, project managers, and other non-legal professionals in the construction industry. Emphasis will include electives in Sustainability to address recent environmental and sustainability changes in Construction Law.

The M.L.S. program is a customizable degree with nine possible focus areas (each focus area is four courses in a particular subject):
